My name is Keagan. I started Sprig & Spice with the intention of bringing more than just desserts to the table, I want to bring joy. I offer a specially curated and handcrafted dessert selection that will be both delicious and beautiful.
My desserts offer new flavors and experiences to your guests, yet remain approachable and familiar. I utilize a variety of herbs, spices, and flowers that are creatively integrated and presented in new ways.
I carefully selects my materials and ingredients with two rules in mind: Everything must be elegant, and everything must be edible. I do not use inedible floral components or materials, so you can freely pick a treat from your table and leave no evidence behind.
My menus are globally inspired and reflective of the natural world.
